Nova Child stands out as the only cross-sector cluster in Europe dedicated to innovation for the well-being of children and their families, a mission it has upheld since 2005. The cluster boasts over 70 members, including companies, laboratories, and schools.

The Nova Child cluster is organized with an executive committee and a board of directors. The board operates across a wide range of sectors related to children and families, from food and culture to fashion and childcare products.

The primary goal of Nova Child is to support its members in their innovation initiatives aimed at enhancing the well-being of children and their families. To achieve this, it offers various services across multiple strategic intelligence themes:

The Observatory

Responsible for identifying and analyzing market trends, the Observatory shares its research findings through various channels such as information bulletins and events, including Observatory sessions.

The "Living Lab"

User-centric by design, the Living Lab places the user at the heart of innovation processes. With several thousand panelists, it addresses the questions of Nova Child members and has the capability to conduct both quantitative and qualitative studies.

Network Facilitation

The team organizes meetings such as company visits, working groups, and facilitates networking opportunities between cluster members

Previously, Nova Child's information bulletin provided cluster members with a daily summary of global news about the children's and family markets. Distributed to over 700 recipients, it served as a key source of information, helping industry stakeholders stay informed about the latest trends and innovations.

However, the data collection and analysis process required to produce the bulletin was time-consuming and labor-intensive. This sometimes led to delays in publication and a less appealing presentation.

The benefits of automating Nova Child's strategic intelligence project

Since integrating Sindup, the process of gathering and analyzing information for Nova Child's bulletin has been significantly streamlined. This automation has drastically reduced the time required to produce the bulletin while enhancing its presentation and relevance. Sindup's advanced features have simplified the search and selection of pertinent information, resulting in a more comprehensive and effective bulletin for Nova Child's members.

The use of Sindup has halved the time required to produce the information bulletin while maintaining a high level of quality and increasing member satisfaction.

Future developments

Nova Child plans to further leverage Sindup's advanced features, including expanding the use of dashboards to provide members with personalized access to relevant information and implementing an advanced search system based on keywords and tags. Additionally, the cluster aims to make an exclusive catalog of all past event replays available, enabling members to revisit presentations, discussions, and ideas shared during previous events.
